The Barn at Highland View

The barn seats up to 80 people.

For larger events, we have a level area that is grass covered and can accommodate a 120x80 feet tent.

Maximum capacity on the grounds is 300 people.

Special exceptions may be made upon request.

The rental fee is $3,500.00.

Currently included in the barn rental is use of any/all materials available at the time of viewing of the barn.

Fees may increase as we make improvements.

We work with clients to customize our services in a way that best suits your needs.

We are willing to discuss all options and consider reasonable requests.

A non-refundable retainer of $1,000.00 is required to hold your date.

The second installment of $1,000.00 is due 90 days prior to your event date.

The final installment of $1,500 is due 30 days prior to your event.

We also require a security deposit of $800.00 due two weeks prior to the wedding.

If the facility is left the way that it was found, the deposit will be refunded in full 7 to 10 days after the wedding.

We also require a liability Insurance policy, proof of which is due 10 days before the wedding.

We do not offer refunds.

A transfer of date may be considered upon receiving a written request.

Vendors are welcomed and encouraged at The Barn at Highland View.

At the Brides request, the objects within the barn (tables and chairs) may be altered to allow the ceremony to take place in the barn.

All materials used to hang decorations must be removed. If they are not, an additional fee may be deducted from the security deposit.

All music must cease by 11:00pm

The Venue is exclusive to one wedding party at a time.

Visitation of anyone other than the intended Wedding guests is not permitted during an event.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is located 5.3 miles from our Venue at 200 Fairfield Lane Butler, Pa 16001

The Springhill Suites by Marriott is located 6.2 miles from our Venue at 125 E. Jefferson Street Butler, Pa 16001

We offer free on-site parking.

The Bride and her wedding party will have access to our finished walk out basement for wedding preparations.

There is additional space in the basement of the barn where the groom and his groomsmen may prepare for the wedding.

We are fortunate to live in a township that does not have noise ordnances or curfews.

We have an array of props and decorations for our couples to use as desired.

These include:

• decorative arch with sheers and flowers

• entryway French doors with sheer and flowers

• decorative flowers in the entryway of the barn

• pub tables with table cloths

• decorative lanterns and mirrors

• balloon arch

• assorted pine trees and white birch trees

There is also a kitchen prep area in the basement that contains prep tables, sink and refrigerator.

There are ongoing purchases being made at the Barn. All items are available for the wedding party to use.

There is no self-serve alcohol permitted. All alcohol must be served by a RAMP certified bartender that is insured. Bartenders must stay until alcohol is removed from the bar and secured.

Horse trailer bars are welcome at the couple's expense.
